iBOTA - Indonesian Beaches On The Air is a registered Trademark at Indonesian Republic Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP) of Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR).

BOTA is an Amateur Radio Activity Unit working Portable/Field Operation on the beach. This activity known as one of the most famous & wanted DXPedition among amateur radios. It’s a fun and useful program for those who lives near the beach, so they can promote their beaches throught radio amateur. Promoting our own beaches to the world is a great way to increse our tourism sectors. Any type of beaches, Private Resort, and Sea beaches are allowed to be registered & activated.
